摘　　要：冶金炉的燃料消耗一直是企业在节能减排方面研究的重点方向。文章介绍了分银炉天然气纯氧燃烧改造的工艺原理和系统构成以及带来的节能改善效果,同时结合天然气在分银炉的使用情况,对分银炉生产工艺、生产模式和炉衬改造等多方面实施优化,进一步降低了天然气的使用单耗,促进了分银炉的节能减排。The fuel consumption of metallurgical furnace is always the key research direction in energy saving and emission reduction,the paper introduces the technical principle,system structure and energy saving effect of the reform of natural gas pure oxygen combustion in silver furnace,according to the application of natural gas in silver furnace,the production process,production mode and lining reform of silver furnace were optimized,the unit consumption of natural gas is further reduced,and the energy saving and emission reduction of silver furnace are promoted.
