摘 要:目的:通过体内外实验评价氮化钛镀层和镍镀层表面改性后的钕铁硼磁环的生物相容性,为血管磁吻合装置的表面改性方法提供参考。方法:各取3个氮化钛镀层和镍镀层钕铁硼磁环,采用视频光学接触角测量仪测试其接触角;将氮化钛镀层和镍镀层钕铁硼磁环分别植入SD大鼠肌肉和腹腔组织内,3个月后获取磁环周围组织进行HE和Masson染色,以SD大鼠正常肌肉组织及大网膜病理切片为对照进行组织学观察;采用体外溶血实验以及血小板黏附实验比较氮化钛镀层和镍镀层钕铁硼磁环的溶血率和血小板黏附情况。结果:氮化钛镀层和镍镀层磁环的接触角均大于90°,均表现出疏水特性;2种镀层磁环在SD大鼠体内留置3个月后,磁环周围的肌肉组织和腹膜组织未见明显炎症细胞浸润及组织异物反应;氮化钛镀层和镍镀层磁环的溶血率分别为0.23%和0.84%,氮化钛镀层磁环的溶血率优于镍镀层磁环;镍镀层磁环表面的血小板聚集量明显多于氮化钛镀层磁环,且血小板伪足生长也更为明显。结论:氮化钛镀层钕铁硼磁环生物相容性优于镍镀层钕铁硼磁环,氮化钛镀层更适合用于血管磁吻合装置的表面改性。Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of NdFeB magnetic rings modified on the surface of titanium nitride and nickel coating by in vitro and in vivo experiments,so as to provide a reference for surface modification of vascular magnamosis device.Methods The contact angles of three titanium nitride-coated NdFeB magnetic rings and three nickel-coated ones were measured using a video optical contact angle meter;then the titanium nitride-coated and nickel-coated NdFeB magnetic rings were implanted into the muscle and abdominal tissue of SD rats respectively,and the tissue around the rings were obtained for HE and Masson staining after three months,and histological observation was carried out with the pathologic sections of SD rats and the greater omentum as the control;an in vitro hemolysis assay and a platelet adhesion assay were used to compare the hemolysis rate and platelet adhesion of titanium nitride-coated and nickel-coated NdFeB magnetic rings.Results The titanium nitride-coated and nickel-coated magnetic rings had the contact angles greater than 90°,both showing hydrophobic properties;no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration and tissue foreign body reaction were observed in muscle and peritoneal tissue around the rings 3 months after the magnetic rings were implanted into SD rats;the titanium nitride-coated magnetic rings had the hemolysis rate(0.23%)lower than that(0.84%)of the nickel-coated ones;the amount of platelet aggregation on the surface of nickel-coated magnetic rings was significantly higher than that of the titanium nitride-coated ones,and the growth of platelet pseudopodia was also more pronounced.Conclusion The titanium nitride-coated NdFeB magnetic ring gains advantages over the nickel-coated ring in biocompatibility,and thus titanium nitride coating is more suitable for surface modification of vascular magnamosis devices.
