摘　　要：分析了导致软式内窥镜失效的常见原因,介绍了某院的软式内窥镜预防性维护方案,对比了某院在用软式内窥镜实施常规性维护和预防性维护后失效故障次数、元件失效次数的变化情况,提出了常规性维护与预防性维护相结合的软式内窥镜维护策略,为医院软式内窥镜质量控制提供了依据和改进方向。The common causes for the failure of the flexible endoscope were analyzed.The preventive maintenance scheme for the flexible endoscope in some hospital was introduced.The conventional and preventive maintenance of the flexible endoscope in some hospital were compared in terms of the times of endoscope and its component failures.It's suggested that the conventional and preventive maintenance should be combined for the flexible endoscope.References and improvement directions were provided for the quality control of the flexible endoscope in the hospital.
