摘  要:目的 :设计一种坚固耐用的便携式四维疗法治疗箱,以第一时间对软组织伤病进行防治,降低该病的发病率,减少非战斗减员。方法:该箱主要由密封箱体、储物格、储物袋及内置的平板计算机、防治书籍和药械组成。其中密封箱体采用上翻盖结构,装有提把、搭扣、合页等附件;储物格、储物袋设置在箱体及箱盖内;平板计算机(存储教学视频)、防治书籍和药械(包括专科外用药物、针具、消毒用品和叩诊锤)置于储物格和储物袋内。结果:医务人员利用该箱不仅可第一时间进行各种软组织伤病防治,还可对广大官兵进行训练伤防治知识指导。结论:该箱体积小、易携带、内容全、展开快,可满足官兵软组织伤病防治需求。Objective To design a portable four-dimensional therapy chest to provide first response to soft tissue injuries so as to reduce non-combat losses.Methods A four-dimensional therapy chest was developed with the components of a sealed chest body,storage compartments,storage bags,a built-in tablet computer,relevant books,medicine and instruments.The sealed chest body had an upper flip cover structure and the accessories of handle,buckle and hinge;the storage compartments and bags were placed in the chest body and cover;the tablet computer with teaching video,the books and the medicine and instruments(specialized topical medications,needles,sterilizing supplies and percussion hammer)were put into the storage compartments and bags.Results The portable chest designed facilitated first response to soft tissue injuries and guidance to the soldiers for preventing and treating training injuries.Conclusion The chest designed gains advantages in low size,high portability,complete components and rapid deployment,and thus can be used for prevention and treatment of soft tissue injuries.
