摘 要:低负荷血流限制训练逐渐成为康复患者大负荷抗阻训练的一种潜在替代方案,其通过肌肉缺血、代谢压力、代谢通路激活等机制间复杂的相互作用,可预防肌肉萎缩、缓解疼痛、增强肌力及肌肉横截面积、改善骨代谢及心肺功能,增强有氧运动能力。本文以“血流限制训练”“加压训练法”“低负荷”“康复治疗”“肌力”“肌肉质量”“肌肥大”等为关键词,检索了PubMed、知网、万方等数据库,对相关文献进行综述,整理出血流限制训练机制和低负荷血流限制训练在康复治疗中的应用,为该训练方法在康复治疗中的应用和推广提供一定的理论依据。Low-load blood flow restriction training has gradually become a potential alternative to heavy-load resistance training for rehabilitation patients.It can prevent muscle atrophy,relieve pain,enhance muscle strength and muscle cross-sectional area,improve bone metabolism and cardiopulmonary function,and enhance aerobic exercise ability through complex interactions among mechanisms such as muscle ischemia,metabolic pressure,metabolic pathway activation.With the keywords of"blood flow restriction training","pressure training","low load","rehabilitation treatment","muscle strength","muscle mass",and"muscle hypertrophy",this paper searches PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and other databases,summarizes relevant literature,and sorts out the mechanism of blood flow restriction training and the application of low load blood flow restriction training in rehabilitation treatment,to provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of this training method in rehabilitation treatment.
