摘　　要：双下肢肌无力是运动系统功能异常的一种临床表现,其病因较复杂,可见于神经系统多种疾病,往往影响患者的生活质量。通过分享1例门诊接诊时中医辨证治疗双下肢无力疑难案例,举隅双下肢肌无力的中医治疗思路,以期为临床医生中医辨证治疗神经系统疑难杂病提供参考。Myasthenia gravis of both lower extremities is a clinical manifestation of motor system dysfunction,and its etiology is complex,which can be seen in a variety of nervous system diseases,often affecting the quality of life of patients.By sharing a difficult case of syndrome differentiation in the treatment of weakness of both lower extremities in the outpatient clinic,and giving examples of the TCM treatment of myasthenia of both lower limbs,in order to provide reference for clinicians in the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases of nervous system based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
