摘　　要：非特异性腰痛是一种常见疾病,骨盆失衡是引起非特异性腰痛的重要原因。经筋病强调“以痛为输”取穴治疗,然而,仅在疼痛局部“以痛为输”寻找“筋结”并“解结”治疗经筋病不可避免地存在盲目性。本文试图在经筋理论的指导下,从上病下治视角看待非特异性腰痛,并从肌肉失衡角度分析不同腰、骨盆状态与腰痛的关系,通过定位病变肌肉以明确“以痛为输”取穴的方向,探讨“以痛为输”的多变性,探索提高治疗非特异性腰痛疗效的方法。Non-specific low back pain(NSLBP)is a common disease,and pelvic imbalance is an important cause of NSLBP.In the treatment of twelve meridian sinews diseases,acupuncture treatment pay attention to〝selecting the pain point as an acupoint〞,however,there are inevitable limitations in the treatment of meridian sinews diseases only selecting the local pain point as an acupoint.This article attempts to under the guidance of meridian sinews theory,look at NSLBP from the perspective of treating the upper disease by the lower,analyze the causes of different low back and pelvic states from the perspective of muscle imbalance,determine the direction of〝selecting the pain point as an acupoint〞,explore the variability of take pain as an acupoint,and explore ways to improve the curative effect of NSLBP.
