摘　　要：某水电站放空洞事故闸门在启闭过程中发生卡阻,结合工程实例及施工经验,提出了水下精确测量和氦氧混合气潜水等施工技术要点,以促进该技术在水下处理中的应用,为日后类似检测处理项目提供参考。The emergency gate of a hydropower station's discharge tunnel got stuck during the opening and closing process.Combined with engineering examples and construction experiences,key construction technologies such as underwater precise measurement and heliox diving are proposed,and the application of these technologies in underwater treatment of hydraulic structures is promoted,which provides reference for similar detection and treatment projects in the future.
