标准通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗96例肾结石的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年10月在徐州医科大学附属淮安医院应用标准通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者96例,观察其手术时间、术后住院时间、一期清石率、术后并发症等临床资料,并对结果进行分析。结果:96例患者均顺利一期完成手术,平均手术时间(72.20±35.21)min,术后血红蛋白下降(8.17±22.66)g/L,术后平均住院时间(5.22±2.05)d,一期清石率80.21%(77/96),术后出现肾包膜下血肿2例,泌尿系感染3例,均通过治疗痊愈。结论:标准通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石有良好的临床可行性和安全性,值得推广使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser in the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:A total of 96 patients with kidney stones who were treated by standard channel percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsis in Huaian Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected.Clinical data such as operation time,postoperative hospital stay,first-stage stone removal rate and postoperative complications were observed,and the results were analyzed.Result:All the 96 patients successfully completed the operation in one stage,the mean operation time was(72.20±35.21)min,the postoperative hemoglobin decreased(8.17±22.66)g/L,the mean postoperative hospital stay was(5.22±2.05)d,the first-stage stone removal rate was 80.21%(77/96),and 2 cases developed subcapsular renal hematoma.Three cases of urinary tract infection were cured by treatment.Conclusion:Standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser has good clinical feasibility and safety,and is worthy of popularization.
