针灸联合整脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合整脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:择取2022年1月至2023年1月广州市天河区中医医院康复科收治的80例神经根型颈椎病病例,随机分为Α组和Β组,每组40例。Β组实施单纯针灸治疗,Α组实施针灸联合整脊治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、治疗后症状及体征积分、不良反应。结果:(1)总有效率:Α组的治疗总有效率(92.5%)高于Β组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)症状及体征积分:治疗后,Α组的疼痛、麻木、棘突旁压痛、臂丛牵拉试验、压顶试验、上肢功能、上肢肌力、腱反射积分均低于Β组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)不良反应:两组不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:针灸联合整脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者的症状及体征,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with chiropractic therapy on cervical radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of cervical radiculopathy treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Tianhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided intoΑgroup andΒgroup,with 40 cases in each group.TheΒgroup was treated with acupuncture alone,and theΑgroup was treated with acupuncture combined with chiropractic therapy.The clinical efficacy,post-treatment scores of symptoms and signs,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)Total effective rate:The total effective rate inαgroup(92.5%)was higher than that inΒgroup(75.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Symptom and sign scores:After treatment,the scores of pain,numbness,paraspinous tenderness,brachial plexus pull test,roof compression test,upper limb function,upper limb muscle strength and tendon reflex inαgroup were lower than those inΒgroup,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Adverse reactions:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy has definite clinical effect,can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and is safe.
