摘　　要：奇异变形杆菌是变形杆菌属的一种主要病原菌,可引起尿路感染。在临床中,奇异变形杆菌是导致泌尿系感染的重要致病菌,且研究发现此致病菌还会导致泌尿系结石等疾病。六盘水市人民医院泌尿外科在临床工作中发现1例泌尿系多发结石合并急性肾盂肾炎患者尿路感染奇异变形杆菌后继发脓毒血症,本文将对其诊疗过程进行系统的介绍,以供临床学者参考。Proteus mirabilis is a major pathogenic bacterium in the genus Proteus,which can cause urinary tract infection.In clinical practice,Proteus mirabilis is an important pathogen that causes urinary tract infection,and studies have found that this pathogen can also cause urinary calculi and other diseases.The urology department of Liupanshui People’s Hospital found a case of multiple calculi in urinary system complicated with acute pyelonephritis with secondary sepsis after urinary tract infection with Proteus mirabilis.This article will introduce the diagnosis and treatment process systematically for reference of clinical researchers.
