抗凝血酶Ⅲ和膜糖蛋白CD62P对特发性膜性肾病发生栓塞风险的研究

摘　　要：据研究统计,慢性疾病给人们造成巨大的经济损失,长期遗留的并发症也严重影响着人们的生活质量。肾脏病也逐渐增加,现在已成为常见慢性疾病,肾病综合征是其中常见类型。原发性肾病综合征的发病病理类型有20%是特发性膜性肾病,近年仍有上升的趋势。特发性膜性肾病常见且严重的并发症是血栓栓塞,血栓栓塞一旦发生会危及患者的生命安全并且严重影响预后与未来生活质量,因此预防血栓栓塞的发生有重要作用。本文探讨抗凝血酶Ⅲ与血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P这两个指标对发生血栓栓塞的风险预测。According to research statistics,chronic diseases have led to substantial economic losses to people,and long-term complications also seriously affect people’s quality of life.Kidney disease has also gradually increased,and now it has become a common chronic disease,among which nephrotic syndrome is a common type.20%of the pathological types of primary nephrotic syndrome are idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and the percentage is still on the rise in recent years.The common and serious complication of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is thromboembolism.Once thromboembolism occurs,it will endanger the life of patients and seriously affect the prognosis and quality of life in the future.Therefore,the prevention of thromboembolism plays an important role.This article pertains to the risk prediction of thromboembolism by antithrombinⅢand platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P.
