摘　　要：目的 依托六级电子病历的建设,构建医院麻精药品流转全流程闭环管理体系。方法 依据六级电子病历建设要求,从麻精药品医嘱开具前端、医嘱开具、医嘱执行后端3个环节入手,设计并增加医院信息系统功能模块,以及完善与其他系统对接。结果 信息化改造后极大节约了医药护医嘱执行各阶段耗时,同时用药合理性日益提高。结论 基于六级电子病历构建对医院信息系统进行改造,实现了院内麻精药品全流程闭环式可追溯管理,具有安全、准确、规范、高效和闭环可追溯的优势,减少了麻精药品流弊风险,可推广性强。OBJECTIVE To build a closed-loop management system for the entire flow of narcotic and psychotropic drugs in the hospital based on the construction of level-six electronic medical records.METHODS According to the requirements of level-six electronic medical records construction,the functional modules of the hospital information system were designed and increased,and the interface with other systems was improved,starting from three aspects:the front end of narcotic and psychotropic drugs prescription,drug prescription and the back end of medical order execution.RESULTS The information transformation greatly reduced the time spent at each stage of medical order execution,while the rationalization of medication use was increasingly improved.CONCLUSION Based on level-six electronic medical records,the hospital information system is transformed to realize the closed-loop traceability management of the entire flow of narcotic and psychotropic drugs in hospitals.With the advantages of safety,accuracy,standardization,efficiency,and closed-loop traceability,it reduces the risk of narcotic and psychotropic drugs malpractice and is highly propagable.
