摘　　要：为了确保特种设备作业人员持证水平,保障特种设备操作安全,有效减少事故发生,从特种设备作业人员考核角度强调特种设备作业人员考试机构对特种设备安全管理的作用和重要性。通过考试机构的监管部门、质量保证体系实施情况等多方面分析了考试机构的管理现状及面临的问题,进一步探讨了如何有效提升管理水平,提高服务质量,保证考核公平公正。In order to effectively ensure the certification level of special equipment operators,ensure the safety of special equipment operation,and effectively reduce the probability of accidents,this paper emphasizes the role and importance of special equipment operators examination institutions on the safety management of special equipment from the perspective of special equipment operators assessment.It analyzes the management status quo and problems of examination institutions through the supervision departments of examination institutions,the implementation of quality assurance system and other aspects,and further discusses how to effectively improve the management level,improve the quality of service,and ensure the assessment fairplay and justice.
