摘 要:某煤化工企业高压氢气储罐首次检验时发现1处埋藏缺陷超标,该设备潜在损伤模式为外部腐蚀(无绝热层)、冲刷、疲劳等,缺陷的潜在失效模式为裂纹应力集中导致的弹塑性断裂失效及疲劳断裂。本研究分别采用常规评定方法及疲劳失效评定方法对该埋藏缺陷进行评定计算,结果表明所评价缺陷的由断裂比值和载荷比值构成的评定点位于通用失效评定图的安全区内,且在当前使用条件下可以免除疲劳评价。本研究为该储罐不进行缺陷修复且在下一检验周期前可安全使用提供了科学依据,同时为检验机构应用合于使用评价技术提供参考实例。During the first inspection of the high pressure hydrogen tank in a coal chemical company,a buried effect was found to exceed the standard.The potential damage modes of the equipment were external corrosion(without insulation layer),erosion,fatigue,etc.The potential failure modes of the defect were elastic-plastic fracture failure and fatigue fracture caused by crack stress concentration.In this paper,conventional evaluation method and fatigue failure evaluation modes were used to evaluate respectively.The evaluation results show that the evaluation point formed by the fracture ratio and the ratio of the load is located in the safety area of general safety assessment chart,and it can be exempted from fatigue evaluation under current service conditions.Therefore,this paper provides a scientific basis for the tank to be safely used before the next inspection date without defect repair,at the same time,it also provides a reference for equipment inspection institutions to apply fitness for service evaluation.
