摘 要:本文针对稳定塔定期检验中发现的裙座与封头连接角焊缝整圈表面裂纹,进行了裙座角焊缝应力分析、结构分析和解剖分析,得出角焊缝裂纹是由于制造时根部未焊透以及运行中风载荷的交变应力共同造成的,鉴于塔器裙座角焊缝的应力特点,提出了可行的返修方案,对裂纹进行了修复,最后对此类焊缝施焊及检验提出了建议。Aiming at the whole circle surface crack of the fillet weld connecting skirt and head found in the regular inspection of the stabilization tower,the stress analysis,structural analysis and anatomical analysis of the fillet weld of the skirt are carried out.It is concluded that the fillet weld crack is caused by the lack of penetration of the root during manufacturing and the alternating stress of the wind load during operation.In view of the stress characteristics of the fillet weld of the skirt of the tower,a feasible repair scheme is put forward to repair the crack.Finally,the reasonable suggestions for the welding and inspection of such welds are put forward.
