摘 要:为了最大程度降低废旧羊毛织物的纤维在机械开松过程中受到损伤,对不同油剂占比、温度、回潮率等预处理条件下羊毛纱线的拉伸断裂性能进行测试,并通过扫描电镜观察预处理和未进行预处理开松的纤维形貌,以分析纤维在开松过程中表面受到的损伤程度。结果表明:最优的预处理条件为油剂占比15%~25%,环境温度0~20℃,纱线回潮率80%~90%下放置24 h。与未预处理羊毛织物开松得到的纤维相比,预处理羊毛织物后进行机械开松得到的羊毛纤维平均长度、断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别增加10.2%、3.0%、10.1%,纤维短毛率降低15.6%,羊毛纤维主体损伤降低。In order to minimize the damage to fibers of waste wool fabrics during mechanical opening,the breaking tenacity of wool yarns was tested under different pre-treatment conditions such as oil ratio,temperature,and moisture regain.The morphology of the fibers after opening was observed by SEM,and the degree of surface damage to the fibers after the opening process was analyzed.The results show that the optimal pre-treatment conditions are 15%-25%oil agent,0-20℃ambient temperature,and 80%-90%yarn moisture regain for 24hous.Compared with the fibers obtained from untreated wool fabrics after opening,the average length,breaking tenacity,and breaking elongation of wool fibers obtained from mechanical opening increase by 10.2%,3.0%,and 10.1%,respectively.The rate of short fibers decreases by 15.6%,and the main body damage of wool fibers decreases.
