股骨远端锁定重建板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：探讨股骨远端锁定重建板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院2017年1月—2022年6月收治的股骨远端骨折患者50例,根据治疗方式不同分为2组,对照组应用股骨远端普通解剖钢板治疗,观察组应用股骨远端锁定重建板治疗。对比2组患者的临床治疗有效率、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、髋关节Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);手术前,2组髋关节Harris评分、Barthel指数评分对比差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),手术后,观察组髋关节Harris评分、Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:股骨远端骨折的治疗过程当中,股骨远端锁定重建板的治疗效果理想,能够有效改善Barthel指数及髋关节Harris评分,骨折愈合时间较快,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of distal femoral locking reconstruction plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures.Methods:Fifty patients with distal femoral fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with distal femoral anatomical plate,and the study group was treated with distal femoral locking reconstruction plate.The effective rate of clinical treatment,operation time,fracture healing time,intraoperative blood loss,Harris score of hip joint,Barthel index score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in Harris score and Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05),and the Harris score and Barthel index of hip joint in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<O.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of distal femoral fractures,the distal femoral locking reconstruction plate has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the Barthel index and Harris score of hip joint,and the fracture healing time is faster.It is worthy of popularization and application.
