近十年中医药治疗慢性支气管炎的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探索中医药治疗慢性支气管炎近十年的研究现状及研究热点。方法检索中国知网中关于中医药治疗慢性支气管炎的文献,通过CiteSpace软件进行作者、机构、关键词共现和关键词聚类及时空区域可视化分析。结果2012—2022年有效文献量653篇,发文量稳定;发文最多的作者为刘俊敏、刘宏;发文量最多的研究机构是安徽中医药大学第一附属医院;高频关键词为咳嗽、中医内科、穴位贴敷等;关键词时空图谱显示中医护理、咳嗽等关键词从2012年起被大量研究。结论该领域研究方法多样,研究热点是临床疗效、穴位贴敷、肺气肿,研究方向为中医综合疗法及中医护理,研究趋势为多学科交叉融合发展。Objective To explore the research status and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis in recent ten years.Methods Literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis in CNKI was retrieved.Author,institution,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and spatio-temporal visualization were analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results From 2012 to 2022,there were 653 valid literatures,and the number of publications was stable.The author with the most publications were Liu Junmin and Liu Hong.The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine published the most papers.High frequency keywords were cough,internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,acupoint application,etc.Keywords spatio-temporal map showed that keywords such as traditional Chinese medicine nursing and cough had been extensively studied since 2012.Conclusion There are various research methods in this field.The research hotspots are clinical efficacy,acupoint application and emphysema.The research direction is traditional Chinese medicine integrated therapy and traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The research trend is multi-disciplinary integration.
