摘　　要：我国在老龄化人口数量快速增加及年龄结构严重失衡的情况下,养老产业和社会保障制度等方面发展还需进一步健全完善,因此老年人非正式照料的方式仍占据主导地位。同时,受传统家庭文化以及社会照料体系不够健全的影响,大多数老年人也会选择居家养老,照料者主体多为其配偶或子女。本文对家庭非正式照料的概念进行界定,综述国内外老年人家庭非正式照料现状及现有的政策支持,针对现在我国养老处境从提高成本投入、建立网络支持、增加社会保障及完善法律法规四个方面对我国老年人家庭非正式照料提出思考性建议,以期为未来我国家庭非正式照料的发展和相关政策的完善提供参考。In the case of the rapid increase in the number of the elderly and the serious imbalance of the age structure,the development of the pension industry and the social security system remains to be further improved.Therefore,the informal care for the elderly is still dominant.Influenced by the traditional family culture and the imperfect social care system,most elderly people prefer home care provided their spouses or offspring.This article defines the concept of family informal care,reviews the domestic and foreign status and the existing policy support of family informal care for the elderly.Moreover,we propose thoughtful suggestions based on the current elderly care in our country from the aspects of increasing cost input,establishing network support,strengthening social security and improving laws and regulations,thus providing references for the future development of informal family care for the elderly and relevant policies.
