摘　　要：目的 探讨压力性尿失禁的治疗方法,为该病的治疗提供新的治疗思路。方法 对2例腰椎小关节紊乱症合并压力性尿失禁的患者采用手法、针刺治疗为主,松解腰部软组织、纠正椎体位移,恢复腰脊柱平衡,收集并整理临床诊疗过程中的资料。结果 2例腰椎小关节紊乱症合并压力性尿失禁患者,采用以手法、针刺为主的四维疗法治疗后症状消失,疗效巩固。结论 腰部慢性损伤是压力性尿失禁的原因之一,以手法、针刺为主的四维疗法为该病的治疗提供了一种简便验廉的治疗方法和新的思路。Objective To explore the treatment of stress urinary incontinence,thus providing a new clinical treatment idea.Methods Two patients with lumbar facet joint disorders combined with stress urinary incontinence were mainly treated with manipulation and acupuncture,including loosening the soft tissue of the waist,correcting the displacement of the vertebral body,and restoring the balance of the lumbar spine.Clinical data of diagnosis and treatment process were summarized.Results After the four-dimensional therapy with manipulation and acupuncture as the predominant treatment in two patients with lumbar facet joint disorders combined with stress urinary incontinence,their clinical symptoms disappeared,with a consolidating efficacy.Conclusion Chronic waist injury is one of the causes of stress urinary incontinence.Four-dimensional therapy with manipulation and acupuncture as the predominant treatment provides a convenient,cost-effective method for it.
