医护一体化中西医结合快速康复官兵手外伤术后一例及文献回顾

摘　　要：目的 介绍1例右手粉碎性骨折患者术后经过中西医结合快速康复过程,为临床手外伤患者快速康复提供依据。方法 结合文献回顾总结手外伤、肌腱粘连的临床表现及康复诊疗观察,实施有效的中西医结合快速康复措施。结果 患者右手治疗后环指掌指关节掌屈活动度为0°~80°,近端指间关节掌屈活动度为5°~40°,远端指间关节掌屈活动度为5°~40°;小指掌指关节掌屈活动度为5°~75°,近端指间关节掌屈活动度为10°~45°,远端指间关节掌屈活动度为10°~55°。结论 右手粉碎性骨折术后患者经中西医结合快速康复患者手部活动度、功能得到有效提高。Objective To introduce a patient with right hand comminuted fracture who underwent a rapid recovery process through integrated Chinese and Western medicine after surgery,in order to provide a basis for the rapid recovery of clinical hand injury patients.Methods Based on literature review,the clinical manifestations and rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment observation of hand injury and tendon adhesion were summarized,and the effective integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rapid rehabilitation measures were implemented.Results After treatment with the right hand,the range of motion of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the patient was 0°~80°,the range of motion of the proximal interphalangeal joint was 5°~40°,and the range of motion of the distal interphalangeal joint was 5°~40°;The palmar flexion range of motion of the little finger metacarpophalangeal joint was 5°~75°,the proximal interphalangeal joint was 10°~45°,and the distal interphalangeal joint was 10°~55°.Conclusion After the surgery for right hand comminuted fracture,the patient's hand mobility and function have been effectively improved through integrated Chinese and Western medicine for rapid rehabilitation.
