膝骨关节炎患者经玻璃酸钠注射结合乙哌立松的治疗评价

摘　　要：探讨膝骨关节炎患者经玻璃酸钠注射结合乙哌立松的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2020年2月—2021年1月诊治的膝骨关节炎患者86例作为本次研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为2组,对照组患者43例单纯采用玻璃酸钠注射,观察组患者43例采用玻璃酸钠注射结合乙哌立松方案治疗,对比2组治疗的临床疗效。结果:经过不同治疗,观察组患者VAS评分获得更加明显的改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的Lysholm评分均有所改善,且观察组改善更加明显,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后生活质量评分情况均有所改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后尿酸中CTX-II含量均有所改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后膝关节功能评分均有所改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝骨关节炎患者采用玻璃酸钠注射结合乙哌立松方案治疗,效果显著,值得推荐临床应用。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with eperisone in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From February,2020 to January,2021,86 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The patients who were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection alone were set as the control group,43 patients who were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with eperisone were set as the observation group,and 43 patients who were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection and eperisone were set as the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After different treatments,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the Lysholm scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved after nursing,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The content of CTX-II in uric acid was improved in both groups before and after treatment,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<O.05).The knee function scores of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with eperisone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant,which is worth recommending for patients.
