基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预对创伤骨科患者疼痛缓解时间的影响

摘　　要：针对创伤骨科病患实施以康复外科理念为基础的护理干预,分析对病患疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取我院2017年1月—2020年2月收治的80例骨折病患,数字随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组施于常规围术期护理,观察组施于快速外科康复理念护理,对比疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、住院时间和疼痛缓解时间,比较2组患者的生活质量以及心理状态。结果:观察组术后7天、术后14天VAS评分均低于对照组,疼痛缓解时间、住院时间短于对照组,SF-36评分均高于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,比较结果存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论:基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预能促进创伤骨科病患康复,缩短疼痛缓解时间,减少术后疼痛感,应用效果良好。Objective:To implement nursing intervention based on the concept of rehabilitation surgery for trauma orthopedic patients,and to analyze the impact on the pain degree of patients.Methods:80 fracture patients were selected from the patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2020.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 40 cases in each group.Routine perioperative nursing was applied to the control group and rapid surgical rehabilitation concept nursing was applied to the observation group.Comparison indexes:pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],length of hospital stay and pain relief time.The quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 7 and 14 days after operation were lower than those of the control group,the pain relief time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS scores and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group.The comparison results had statistical value(P<O.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can promote the rehabilitation of traumatic orthopedic patients,shorten the pain relief time and reduce postoperative pain.The application effect is good.
