全面护理对眼外伤患者玻璃体切除术后的焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量及护理满意度的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨全面护理对眼外伤行玻璃体切除术患者干预后,对焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量及护理满意度的效影响。方法:研究对象选择我院眼科2019年6月一2020年6月收治的80例眼外伤行玻璃体切除术患者为调查对象,根据护理方案的不同,将其分为2组。其中对照组40例患者实施常规护理措施,观察组40例患者实施全面护理措施,观察2组护理效果。结果:干预前,2组焦虑抑郁评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分相对更低,P<0.05;观察组生活质量评分各项均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度为97.50%,对比对照组的82.50%更高,P<0.05。结论:将全面护理融入需要进行玻璃体切除术的眼外伤患者术后护理中,效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression,quality of life and nursing satisfac-tion in patients with ocular trauma undergoing vitrectomy after intervention.Methods:Research object choice of time interval in June 2019-June 2020,the records of 80 cases of ocular trauma in our hospital ophthalmology line vitrectomy patients as investigation object,according to different nursing plan,it can be divided into two groups,conventional nursing measures selected 40 patients,and is set to normal group,the remaining 40 patients comprehensive nursing measures,The nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After inter-vention,the SAS/SDS score of the study group was relatively lower,P<0.05;The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was(97.50%),which was higher than that of the routine group(82.50%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Integrating comprehensive nursing into postoperative nursing of ocular trauma patients requiring vitrectomy has significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
