摘  要:目前我国人口老龄化现象日益加剧,老年人发生髋部骨折的概率不断上升。老年人常合并慢性疾病,而髋部骨折合并其他疾病会导致患者预后不佳,其中老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者的预后较差,可导致骨折延迟愈合或久不愈合,延长患者住院时间,提高患者死亡概率。糖尿病是一种临床常见的慢性代谢性疾病,随着人们生活水平的提高,加之饮食结构不断变化,糖尿病的发病概率逐年升高。由于老年糖尿病合并骨折患者自身年龄等因素,多数患者的抵抗能力较低,伤口及机体愈合能力均较差,患者术后易并发多种并发症,严重威胁了患者的生命健康。由于老年患者的营养代谢较慢,出现营养不良现象较为普遍,且手术会消耗患者的能量,因此在老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者围术期需补充适当的营养,根据患者的营养需求制定针对性的营养管理方案,以满足患者围术期身体营养需求。在现在的围术期饮食管理中,尚未有统一的营养管理方案,临床上关于老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者围术期营养管理的报道较少,因此有必要制定规范的营养管理方案,为围术期患者的营养管理提供参考依据。因此,本研究通过对患者围术期营养风险进行评估,论述围术期饮食营养管理方案的建立及应用,以保证患者的营养均衡,促进患者术后恢复。At present,the aging of our countrys population is increasing,and the incidence of hip fractures in the elderly is increas-ing.The elderly often have chronic diseases,and hip fractures combined with other diseases will lead to poor prognosis for patients.Among them,the prognosis of elderly patients with hip fractures combined with diabetes is poor,which can lead to delayed union or nonunion of fractures,prolong the hospitalization time of patients,and improve the probability of death of the patient.Diabetes is a common clinical chronic metabolic disease.With the improvement of peoples living standards and continuous changes in diet,the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year.Due to factors such as the age of elderly patients with diabetes and fractures,most patients have low resistance and poor wound and body healing ability.Patients are prone to multiple complications after surgery,which seriously threatens the life and health of patients.Because the nutritional metabolism of elderly patients is slow,malnutrition is more common,and the operation con-sumes the patient's energy,it is necessary to supplement appropriate nutrition during the perioperative period in elderly patients with hip fractures and diabetes,and make targeted according to the nutritional needs of the patients.Nutrition management program to meet the pa-tients perioperative nutritional needs.In the current perioperative diet management,there is no unified nutritional management plan.There are few clinical reports on the perioperative nutritional management of elderly patients with hip fracture and diabetes.Therefore,it is nec-essary to formulate a standardized nutritional management plan for the perioperative Nutritional management of patients during surgery pro-vides a reference basis.Therefore,this study evaluated the nutritional risk of patients during the perioperative period and reviewed the es-tablishment and application of perioperative dietary nutrition management programs to ensure the nutritional balance of the patients and pr
