摘 要:配电变压器外部发生短路故障时,绕组上会承受巨大的短路电动力,严重时会导致绕组变形,破坏绕组绝缘,引发变压器运行事故。因此,有必要研究配电变压器短路电动力特性,以制定相应的抑制措施。针对10 kV箔式绕组配电变压器开展研究,建立长圆形箔式绕组三维有限元仿真模型,对该绕组在三相短路故障下的漏磁场及电动力进行分析,揭示长圆形箔式绕组的短路电动力分布特点。研究结果表明:沿绕组轴向高度,绕组电动轴向力先减小后增大,辐向力先增大后减小,长圆形箔式绕组长轴与短轴电动力分布规律大致相同,但长轴最大电动力高于短轴最大电动力。该研究结果可为长圆形箔式绕组配电变压器抗短路能力设计提供参考。When an external short-circuit fault occurs,the winding of the distribution transformer will bear a huge short-circuit electrodynamic force,which will lead to the winding deformation,the breakdown of the insulation and transformer operation accidents.Thus,it is necessary to study the short circuit electrodynamic characteristics of distribution transformers,as well as proposing corresponding control measures.In this paper,the 10 kV foil-winding distribution transformer was studied.A three dimensional finite element simulation model of the winding was established.The leakage magnetic field and electrodynamic force of the oblong foil-winding under three-phase short circuit fault were analyzed,and the short-circuit electrodynamic force distribution characteristics of the oblong foil-winding were demonstrated.It is proved that the electrodynamic force of the axial of the winding shows growing trend,while the radial force first increases and then decreases.The electromotive force distribution of the long axis and the short axis of the oblong foil winding are roughly the same,but the maximum electrodynamic force of the long axis is higher than the maximum electrodynamic force of the short axis.It will provide reference for the design of short-circuit resistance of distribution transformers with oblong foil-winding.
