摘  要:分散控制系统(DistributedControlSystem,DCS)具备安全、可靠、灵活等优势,已广泛应用于新建火力发电厂的输煤系统。早期的基于可编程逻辑控制器(ProgrammableLogicController,PLC)的电厂输煤系统存在DCS改造的需求。然而,输煤系统作为火电厂的公用系统,DCS改造将影响电厂的正常生产。为解决该问题,以某电厂的智慧燃料改造项目为背景,以该厂某期PLC输煤控制系统的DCS改造为例,提出在线DCS改造技术方案。改造期间,DCS作为PLC的执行单元,向上接受PLC指令,向下控制运行设备,既满足了系统在线运行的要求,又保证了控制功能由PLC至DCS的完整过渡。改造完成后,DCS中的数据可实时上传至智慧燃料智能数字化服务器平台,由智能平台通过服务器进行数据算法应用开发,实现了应用拓展与升级。Distributed Control System(DCS)has been widely used in the coal transport system of new thermal power plants due to its advantages of safety,reliability,and flexibility.The early power plant coal transport systems based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)has the requirement of DCS transformation.However,as a common system in thermal power plants,the DCS transformation of the coal transport system affects the normal production of the power plant.To solve this problem,taking a smart fuel transformation project of a power plant as the background,and taking the transformation of coal transport control system from PLC to DCS as an example,an online DCS transformation technical scheme was proposed.During the transformation,DCS as the execution unit,received instructions from PLC and controlled the operation equipment,which not only meets the requirements of online operation of the system,but also ensures the complete transition of control function from PLC to DCS.After the transformation,the data of DCS can be uploaded to smart fuel digital server platform in real time.The application expansion and upgrading are realized through the development of data algorithm application.
