济南市节约用水管理现状及对策建议

摘　　要：严格执行节约用水管理是有效解决济南市水资源短缺问题的一项重要举措,而实行用水计划管理又是节约用水管理的重要内容。近年来,济南市不断加强节水管理制度建设,探索建立用水计划和用水定额相结合的用水管控机制,并将其应用于节水实际工作中。本文主要介绍了济南市节约用水管理的现状,分析存在的困难与问题,并提出合理的对策建议。Strict implementation of water saving management is an important measure to effectively solve the problem of water shortage in Jinan Municipality,and the implementation of water-use plan management is an important content.In recent years,Jinan City has continuously strengthened the construction of water-saving management system,explored the establishment of water use control mechanism combining water-use plan and water consumption quota,and applied it to the actual work of water-saving.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of water saving management in Jinan,analyzes the existing difficulties and problems,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
