摘　　要：近年来,为加强对河湖和水利工程的管理与保护,维护河湖健康生命、促进水利工程持续充分发挥效益,根据上级的通知要求,平阴黄河河务局及时组织开展了中央直属水利工程确权划界工作。本文介绍了平阴黄河水利工程确权划界的基本情况,阐述了确权划界项目的实施过程,总结了该项目取得的经验。此次确权划界项目的实施,明确了平阴黄河水利工程的管理和保护范围,为依法管理、确保防洪工程安全奠定了基础,也促进了沿黄地区经济社会的可持续发展。In recent years,in order to strengthen the management and protection of rivers and lakes,maintain the health and life of rivers and lakes,and promote the continuous and full play of the benefits of water projects,according to the requirements of higher authority,Yellow River Administration Bureau of Pingyin County has organized and carried out the work of determining rights and delimitation of water projects directly under the central government.This paper introduces the basic situation of the work,stating the implementation process,and summarizes the experience gained in the project.The implementation of the project has clarified the scope of management and protection of Yellow River water project Pingyin,which made the foundation for legal management of flood control safety,and promoted the social and economic sustainable development in the area along Yellow River.
