摘　　要：目的:探究艾灸治疗原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年12月江西省中医院和江西中医药大学第二附属医院收治的原发性高血压患者118例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同非随机分为观察组(n=61)和对照组(n=57)。对照组不干预患者研究前的治疗方案,持续时间半年。观察组也不干预患者研究前的治疗方案,持续时间半年,增加使用艾灸盒艾灸百会、足三里、涌泉、大椎、中脘、关元、至阳、肾俞等穴,每次选1~3个穴位,艾灸1~2柱艾柱。主要结局指标为24 h动态血压,次要结局指标为临床症状评分和不良事件发生率。结果:观察组症状改善明显,与对照组比较差异显著,2组24 h动态血压前后比较差异无统计学意义,5例患者在艾灸操作中存在烫伤的情况,使用烫伤膏后自行恢复,无感染等情况。结论:使用艾灸盒艾灸治疗原发性高血压,半年后患者症状改善明显,安全性可,血压变化不显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of moxibustion treatment for essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 118 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled and non-randomly divided into an observation group(n=61)and a control group(n=57)based on different treatment methods.The control group received the treatment plan before the study without any intervention,lasting for six months.The observation group also did not receive any intervention in the treatment plan before the study,lasting for six months,but received addtional moxibustion using moxibustion boxes on acupoints such as Baihui(GV20),Zusanli(ST36),Yongquan(KI1),Dazhui(GV14),Zhongwan(CV12),Guanyuan(BL26),Zhiyang(GV9),and Shenshu(BL23).One to three acupoints were selected each time,and moxibustion was applied with 1-2 moxa sticks.The main outcome indicator was 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,and the secondary outcome indicators were clinical symptom scores and the incidence of adverse events.Results:The symptoms in the observation group improved significantly compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure between the two groups before and after treatment.Five patients in the observation group experienced mild burns during the moxibustion procedure,but they recovered on their own after applying a burn ointment,and no infections or other complications were reported.Conclusion:The use of moxibustion boxes for moxibustion treatment in essential hypertension patients showed significant symptom improvement after six months,and the treatment was safe with no significant changes in blood pressure.
