摘 要:目的分析规范混合式教学中的线下教学法在中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年—2021年中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学所教授的针灸推拿专业专科升本科的本科生作为研究对象,按其在校分班情况,将2021学年学生作为研究组(121人)、2020学年学生作为对照组(124人)。研究组在教学中采用规范线下教学方法,对照组在教学中采用自发式线下教学方法,比较2组教学效果。结果研究组课程考试成绩优秀率明显高于对照组,及格率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组课程考试成绩良好率与对照组大致相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,研究组的认同率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学中采用规范混合式教学中的线下教学法能够明显提高学生成绩,并提高学生学习兴趣和分析解决问题的能力,教学效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of offline teaching method under the standardized mixed teaching in otolaryngology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods Undergraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage from junior college to undergraduate course were selected as the research objects.According to their classes,121 students in the 2021 academic year served as the research group and 124 students in the 2020 academic year served as the control group.The research group used standardized offline teaching method,while the control group used spontaneous offline teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of course examination in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the pass rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of course examination results in the research group was roughly the same as that in the control group with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the recognition rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The offline teaching method under the standardized mixed teaching in otolaryngology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve students’performance,learning interest and ability to analyze and solve problems.The teaching effect is remarkable and worthy of popularization.
