摘 要:目的研究中医儿科特色外治法微课在后期临床教学的应用效果。方法选取2016级中医专业同一年级学生为研究对象。其中2016级1班学生为实验组,2016级2班学生为对照组。在后期临床教学中,针对中医儿科特色外治法学习,实验组采用微课网络视频授课方式进行临床教学,对照组采用传统教学法。在出科前,采用问卷调查与临床技能操作考核相结合的方式评价教学效果,以检验微课教学是否优于传统教学法。结果问卷调查结果提示,2组在提高归纳问题能力、增强自学能力、掌握中医儿科外治法知识、培养分析问题能力、提高临床实践能力、中医临床思维能力、提升解决问题能力及拓展解决问题能力方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床技能考核成绩实验组(86.34±6.04)分、对照组(76.80±6.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医儿科特色外治法微课在后期临床教学的应用效果显著,明显优于传统教学法。Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics special external therapy micro lecture in post clinical teaching.Methods Students of the same grade of 2016 majoring in traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects.Among them,students from class 1 in Grade 2016 were selected as the experimental group and students from class 2 in Grade 2016 were selected as the control group.In the post clinical teaching,in order to learn traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics special external therapy,the experimental group used the micro lecture network video teaching method while the control group used the traditional teaching method.Before the students leave the department,they were evaluated by questionnaire survey and clinical skill operation assessment to test whether the teaching effect of micro lecture teaching is better than that of traditional teaching.Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that differences were statistically significant in the following aspects,such as improving the ability of problem induction,enhancing the ability of self-study,mastering the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics,training the ability of problem analysis,improving the ability of clinical practice,elevating traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking,developing and expanding the ability of problem solving(P<0.05).The clinical skill test scores were(86.34±6.04)in experimental group and(76.80±6.04)in control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics special external therapy micro lecture teaching method in post clinical teaching is remarkable,and it is obviously better than the traditional teaching method.
