庚子年(2020年)青州地区肛肠科疾病与五运六气相关性研究

摘　　要：庚子年(2020年)为金运太过,少阴君火司天,阳明燥金在泉,火克金,全年的客气以少阴君火司天为主,易在阳明燥金之气偏胜的肺、大肠等脏腑出现热证,作者推测庚子年(2020年)肺与大肠疾病要较往年严重。为了验证运气理论的准确性,作者以潍坊市益都中心医院的病例资料为样本分析了2013年—2021年潍坊市青州地区肛肠科疾病的发病情况。结果表明,庚子年(2020年)肛肠科疾病发病率较其他年份高,与运气推演相符。In the year of Gengzi(2020),the movement of Jin was excessive,Shaoyin sovereign fire celestial controlling,Yangming dryness metal terrestrial controlling.Fire restrains metal.The main guest qi throughout the year was Shaoyin sovereign fire celestial controlling and it was easy to develop fever in the lung and large intestine where Yangming dryness metal qi was more than normal.The author supposed that the lung and large intestine diseases in Gengzi year(2020)are more serious than those in other years.In order to verify the accuracy of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the author analyzed the incidence of anorectal diseases in Qingzhou area from 2013 to 2021,using the case data of Yidu Central Hospital in Weifang as the sample.The results showed that the incidence rate of anorectal diseases is higher than other years in Gengzi year(2020)which is consistent with the deduction of movement and qi.
