摘　　要：气机的升降出入是人体生命活动存在的前提和基本方式,同时人体五脏的气机升降也遵循着自然界阴阳升降的规律。人体五脏之气,肝木在左主升,肺金在右主降,心火居上,肾水为下,脾胃居中为气机升降之枢纽。基于此,王光安副教授运用“脏腑归元法”以穴位埋线调整患者脏腑功能状态,来治疗黄褐斑,效果显著。The ascending and descending of qi is the premise and basic way of the existence of human life activities,and the rise and fall of the five-zang organs qi of the human body also follows the law of the rise and fall of yin and yang in nature.The qi of the five-zang organs of the human body is that the liver wood on the left,the lung gold on the right,the heart fire on the top,the kidney water on the bottom and the spleen and stomach in the middle as the hubs of qi ascending and descending.Based on this theory,associate professor Wang Guang’an used"Zang-fu Guiyuan"acupoint catgut embedding to treat chloasma in order to adjust the qi state of the patients’five-zang organs.The clinical effect is significant.
