中药激光坐浴促进痔术后快速康复临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药激光坐浴促进痔术后快速康复的临床疗效。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年1月接受痔术治疗的90例患者为研究对象,回顾其临床资料,将痔术后实施激光坐浴治疗的45例患者列入对照组,实施中药激光坐浴联合治疗的45例患者列入观察组。对比2组的康复指标(创面恢复情况、创面愈合时间、住院时间)和疼痛评分。结果治疗后,观察组创面恢复情况评分高于对照组,创面愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);及治疗3 d、7 d后,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受痔术后的患者实施中药、激光、坐浴联合治疗可促进创面恢复,缩短创面恢复时间及住院时间,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine laser hip bath on rapid recovery of hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of ninety patients who received hemorrhoid surgery in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Their clinical data were reviewed.45 patients who received laser hip bath treatment after hemorrhoid surgery were included in the control group and those who received Chinese medicine combined laser hip bath treatment were included in the observation group.The recovery indexes such as wound recovery,wound healing time and hospitalization time and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of wound recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment for 3 days and 7 days(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and laser hip bath can promote the wound recovery,shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time and relieve the pain of patients after hemorrhoid surgery.
