中药保留灌肠联合皮内针疗法干预气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠联合皮内针疗法在气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症护理中的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月—2020年11月大庆市中医医院妇科门诊治疗的86例气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,根据随机对照试验的研究方法,设为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用常规中药治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药保留灌肠联合揿针进行治疗及护理,观察临床效果。结果观察组患者下腹胀痛、神疲乏力及带下增多症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为90.7%(39/43),明显高于对照组患者的76.7%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠联合皮内针疗法干预气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention of Chinese medicine retention enema combined with intradermal acupuncture in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From February 2020 to November 2020,eighty-six patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in Daqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were set up as observation group and control group according to the research method of randomized controlled trials,with 43 cases in each group.Conventional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing were used in the control group.On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted Chinese medicine retention enema combined with intradermal acupuncture therapy.The clinical effect of two groups was observed.Results The observation group had a shorter improvement time than the control group in the lower abdominal distention and pain,fatigued spirit and lack of strength and leukorrhagia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.7%(39/43),which was significantly higher than 76.7%(33/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine retention enema combined with intradermal acupuncture has a positive effect on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and it is worthy of clinical application.
