中药贴敷疗法配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗慢性腰骶部肌肉劳损患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药贴敷疗法配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗慢性腰骶部肌肉劳损的应用效果。方法将2019年8月—2021年8月九江市第一人民医院收治的78例慢性腰骶部肌肉劳损患者按随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规腰背肌功能锻炼治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药贴敷疗法,持续治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗效果及治疗前后疼痛程度、腰椎功能恢复情况和生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%(37/39),高于对照组的79.49%(31/39);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药贴敷疗法配合腰背肌功能锻炼,治疗慢性腰骶部肌肉劳损患者,能减轻疼痛,改善腰部功能和患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of silver needle muscle relaxation on patients with cervicogenic dizziness and headache.Methods A total of eighty patients with cervicogenic dizziness and headache treated in The First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into traditional acupuncture group and silver acupuncture group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The traditional acupuncture group was treated with traditional acupuncture needles,and the silver acupuncture group was treated with silver acupuncture needles.After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain degree and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The total recovery rate of the silver acupuncture group(97.50%,39/40)was higher than that of the traditional acupuncture group(80.00%,32/40),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-evaluation of sleep status(SRSS)score in the two groups before treatment had no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and SRSS score of the silver acupuncture group were lower than those of the traditional acupuncture group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of silver needles for muscle relaxation in patients with cervicogenic dizziness and headache is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality and reduce headaches.It can be an effective method for the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness and headache.
