生化汤结合耳穴压豆在产褥期康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究加味生化汤结合耳穴压豆对产褥期康复的促进作用。方法将100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予加味生化汤结合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组给予加味生化汤治疗,观察比较2组产妇产后3 d宫底高度、肛门首次排气时间、泌乳始动时间、产后5 d乳汁分泌量、血性恶露持续时间及产后并发症发生率等。结果观察组总有效率为94%(47/50),明显高于对照组的86%(43/50)(P<0.05);产后3 d宫底高度、肛门首次排气时间、泌乳始动时间、血性恶露持续时间较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);产后5 d乳汁分泌量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);产后并发症的总发生率为14%(7/50),低于对照组的28%(14/50)(P<0.05)。结论加味生化汤联合耳穴压豆能够促进产妇产褥期康复,降低子宫复旧不全及产褥期感染的发生率,临床疗效优于单纯使用加味生化汤,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the promoting effect of modified Shenghua decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans in puerperal rehabilitation.Methods 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given modified Shenghua decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans,while the control group was given modified Shenghua decoction.The fundal height of uterus in 3 days postpartum,the time of the first anal flatulence,lactation initiation time,the amount of milk secretion in 5 days postpartum,the duration of bloody lochia and the incidence of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%(47/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86%,43/50)(P<0.05).The fundal height of the uterus,the time of first anal discharge,lactation initiation time and the duration of bloody lochia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The milk secretion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 14%(7/50),which was lower than that in the control group(28%,14/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shenghua decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans can promote the recovery of puerperium and reduce the occurrence of incomplete uterine involution and postpartum infection,its clinical effect is better than simple modified Shenghua decoction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
