针刺麻醉用于老年髋关节置换术临床研究

摘　　要：目的对比老年髋关节置换术针刺辅助麻醉与常规西药麻醉的效果。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月江西省乐安县人民医院收治并进行髋关节置换术的患者130例,随机分为2组,对照组65例,行常规西药麻醉,研究组65例,行针药联合麻醉。观察2组患者的麻醉耐受性和术后精神功能障碍发生率。结果研究组患者手术过程中最终用药量低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的术后精神障碍发生率为7.69%(5/65),明显低于对照组的32.31%(21/65)(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统西药麻醉,针刺辅助麻醉效果和术后恢复效果更理想,具有较为良好的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture assisted anesthesia on elderly hip arthroplasty and the effect of conventional Western medicine anesthesia.Methods 130 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in Le’an County People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected.65 patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine anesthesia and 65 patients in the study group were given acupuncture and medicine anesthesia.The effects of anesthesia tolerance and the incidence of postoperative mental dysfunction in the two groups were observed.Results The final drug consumption in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative mental disorders in the study group was 7.69%(5/65),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(32.31%,21/65)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture assisted anesthesia has more ideal anesthetic effect and postoperative recovery effect than traditional western medicine anesthesia,so it is suitable for wide use and has good clinical popularization value.
