中草药漱口颗粒的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究中草药漱口颗粒的制备工艺。方法以得膏率为评价指标优化中草药漱口颗粒的水提取工艺;通过辅料种类和配比筛选成型工艺。结果确定了中草药漱口颗粒的制备工艺:取10个处方量的中草药漱口颗粒饮片,加10倍量超纯水浸泡2 h,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h,滤液浓缩至浸膏约700 g,加入糊精390 g、可溶性淀粉390 g、微晶纤维素39 g,制成1000 g中草药漱口颗粒。结论该工艺稳定可行,为后续开发成医院制剂奠定实验基础。Objective To study the preparation technology of Chinese herbal gargle granule.Methods The water extraction technology of Chinese herbal gargle granule was optimized by using the yield rate as the evaluation index.The molding process is screened by the type and the proportion of excipients.Results The preparation technology of Chinese herbal gargle granule was determined as follows.Taking 10 prescription amount of Chinese herbal gargle granule soaked in 10 times the amount of ultrapure water for 2 hours.Decocted twice,1.5 hours each time,and concentrated the filtrate to an extract of about 700 g.Added 390 g of dextrin,390 g of soluble starch and 39 g of microcrystalline cellulose to make 1000 g of Chinese herbal gargle granule.Conclusion The preparation technology is stable and feasible which lays an experimental foundation for subsequent development into hospital preparations.
