摘　　要：目的探究针刺疗法结合激励式心理护理对中风偏瘫患者抑郁和焦虑心理的影响。方法选取江西省萍乡市中医院收治的中风偏瘫患者50例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组实施针刺疗法护理,观察组在对照组基础上施行激励式心理护理干预。比较2组患者在抑郁、焦虑方面的差异。结果2组患者在抑郁和焦虑的评分均低于干预前,且观察组的评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法结合激励式心理护理可有效改善中风偏瘫患者的抑郁和焦虑心理。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture therapy combined with motivational psychological nursing on depression and anxiety in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of fifty stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each.The control group was given acupuncture therapy,while the observation group was given motivational psychological nursing intervention based on the acupuncture therapy.The differences in depression and anxiety between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy combined with motivational psychological nursing can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
