丹参川芎嗪注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对生化因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年3月收治的90例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为A组、B组、C组,各30例。A组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,B组给予小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,C组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗。比较三组的生化因子水平、脑血流动力学指标、神经功能缺损程度、认知功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,三组的S100B蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平均降低,且C组低于A组、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的峰流速(Vp)、平均流速(Vm)均升高,DVp、DVm均降低,且C组优于A组、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均降低,简明精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分均升高,且C组优于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的治疗总有效率高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,能有效降低生化因子水平,改善脑血流动力学、神经功能及认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with deproteinised calf blood serum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection,the group B was treated with deproteinised calf blood serum injection,and the group C was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with deproteinised calf blood serum injection.The biochemical factors levels,cerebral hemodynamic indexes,degree of neurological deficits,cognitive function and clinical efficacy among the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of S100B protein,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),homocysteine(Hcy)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the three groups decreased,those in the group C were lower than the group A and the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak velocity(Vp)and mean velocity(Vm)of the three groups increased,the DVp and DVm decreased,those in the group C were better than the group A and the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the three groups decreased,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score increased,and those in the group C were better than the group A and the group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group C was higher than that in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with deproteinised calf blood serum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect,which can effe
