摘　　要：目的探讨基于网络平台的医护一体化延续性护理对川崎病患儿家属疾病知信行水平及患儿依从性的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月我院收治的100例川崎病患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于网络平台的医护一体化延续性护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患儿家属的疾病知信行评价表各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的依从性优良率显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率及疾病复发率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的医护一体化延续性护理有助于改善川崎病患儿家属的知信行水平,提高患儿的依从性,降低并发症发生率及疾病复发率,提升患儿家属对护理的满意度,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the effects of medical-nursing integrated continuous nursing based on network platform on the knowledge,attitude and practice level of family members of children with Kawasaki disease and the compliance of children.Methods A total of 100 children with Kawasaki disease admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given medical-nursing integrated continuous nursing based on network platform on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the disease knowledge,attitude and practice evaluation table of family members of the two groups increased,those of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of compliance of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of complications and disease recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical-nursing integrated continuous nursing based on network platform is helpful to improve the level of knowledge,belief and practice of family members of children with Kawasaki disease,improve the compliance of children,reduce the incidence of complications and disease recurrence rate,and improve the satisfaction of family members of children with nursing,which is worthy of application and promotion.
