摘　　要：以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)与N-甲基乙醇胺(MEA)为原料合成环氧中间体,随后以此中间体与HDI三聚体(HT-100)反应制备聚氨酯预聚体,再以聚乙二醇(PEG-1000)和聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG-1200)对此预聚体进行扩链和亲水改性,最后以甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封闭体系内剩余的NCO基团,制备了含活性环氧基团的水性封闭型聚异氰酸酯交联剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱证明交联剂被成功合成。以热重分析法研究确定了交联剂的最优解封温度为118℃。当MPEG与亲水改性剂中所含羟基的摩尔比为0.9时,固化涂层的铅笔硬度可达到4H、耐丙酮擦拭达31次,且涂层与基材之间的附着力能够达到0.56 MPa。The epoxy intermediate,synthesized from ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE)and Nmethylethanolamine(MEA),reacted with HDI trimer(HT-100)to produce the polyurethane prepolymer.The prepolymer was then chain-extended and hydrophilically modified with polyethylene glycol(PEG-1000)and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG-1200).Finally,methyl ethyl ketone oxime(MEKO)was used to block the residual NCO groups,leading to the achievement of the blocked waterborne polyisocyanate crosslinkers containing active epoxy group.The crosslinkers were successfully synthesized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(1H-NMR).The thermal properties of the crosslinkers were studied by TG and DTG,as well as the research of mechanical properties of the cured coatings.The results show that the crosslinkers can be stored stably and are more suitable for acidic system.Through TG and DTG,the optimum unblocked temperature of the crosslinker is 118℃.When the mole ratio of hydroxyl contained in MPEG and the hydrophilic modifier is 0.9,the pencil hardness of the cured coating can reach 4H,it can resist acetone wiping 31 times,and the adhesion between the coating and metal can reach 0.56 MPa.
