摘　　要：金属钢构屋面因具有跨度大、刚度大、结构轻、整体性好、安装施工方便等特点而被广泛使用,其主要依靠压型钢板自防水,但由于钢板的尺寸限制,钢构屋面需要由很多块压型钢板构成,而这些钢板之间的搭接点、连接点等会影响钢构屋面的防水效果。如何采取有效的措施提高防水性能对于同类建筑工程的防水施工具有重要的意义。文章以某公司钢构厂房屋面为例,阐述丙烯酸酯高级弹性防水涂料在钢构屋面中的应用优势、施工工艺及注意事项。Metal steel roof is widely used due to its characteristics such as large span,large stiffness,light structure,good integrity,and convenient installation and construction.It mainly relies on profiled steel plates for self waterproofing.However,due to the size limitations of the steel plates,steel roof needs to be composed of many profiled steel plates,and the overlapping points and connection points between these steel plates can affect the waterproof effect of the steel roof.How to take effective measures to improve waterproofing performance is of great significance for the waterproofing construction of similar building projects.The article takes the roof of a steel structure factory building of a certain company as an example to explain the application advantages,construction technology,and precautions of acrylic advanced elastic waterproof coating in steel structure roofs.
