摘　　要：医务社会工作是社会工作专业的一个衍生服务领域,文章以广西Y市为例,借助系统工程学解释结构模型法,探讨医务社会工作本土化发展影响因素间的逻辑层次和机构关系,利用解释结构模型对影响因素进行层级划分,构建Y市医务社工发展的解释结构模型,探讨本土医务社工的服务路径,评估本土医务社工发展的可持续性。Medical social work is a derivative service field of the social work profession.Taking Y city in Guangxi as an example,this article uses the interpretive structural model method of systems engineering to explore the logical hierarchy and institutional relationships among the influencing factors of the localization development of medical social work.The interpretive structural model is used to classify the influencing factors,construct an interpretive structural model for the development of medical social work in Y city,and explore the service paths of local medical social workers,evaluate the sustainability of the development of local medical and social workers.
