体育产业赋能实体经济高质量发展的内在逻辑、现实困境与策略选择

摘　　要：体育产业在逐渐成为国民经济支柱性产业的进程中,仍面临创新驱动能力不足导致的产能更新迟滞、开放力度不强导致的产业协作受阻、产业融合范围不广导致的协同发展效率低等困境。通过分析体育产业助推实体经济高质量发展的内涵及维度、体育产业与实体经济的关系,提出了深化改革创新驱动体育产业换档升级、加强体育产业协同开放的顶层设计与统筹、拓展体育实物消费市场、构建体育产业与实体经济融合的政策法规体系,并指明体育产业促进实体经济发展的功能、途径与策略。In the process of gradually becoming a pillar industry of the national economy,the sports industry still faces difficulties such as delayed production capacity updates caused by insufficient innovation driving capacity,hindered industrial cooperation caused by weak openness,and low efficiency of collaborative development caused by limited industrial integration scope.By analyzing the connotation and dimension of the sports industry to promote the high-quality development of the real economy,and the relationship between the sports industry and the real economy,the paper proposes the top-level design and planning of deepening the reform and innovation to drive the shift and upgrading of the sports industry,strengthening the coordinated opening of the sports industry,expanding the sports physical consumption market,and building the policy and legal system of the integration of the sports industry and the real economy.It also points out the functions,ways and strategies of sports industry to promote the development of real economy.
