摘 要:针对浆纱企业在生产过程中车间与管理部门间存在信息滞后、生产效率降低的问题,设计了基于B/S架构的浆纱MES系统。该系统采用Java进行编译,用户界面可完全通过浏览器实现,浏览器通过Web Server同数据库进行数据交互,从而实现对浆纱生产过程实时监控与管理。应用结果表明,该系统使企业生产效率得到较明显的提高,人工录入信息时间减少了20%~30%;在质量管理上,浆纱百根万米断头率在原有基础上下降了40%~50%。认为:该系统提高了生产质量与效率,降低了企业实际生产成本。Aimed at the problems of information lag between workshop and management department,lower production efficiency during production in sizing enterprises,a sizing MES system based on B/S architecture was designed.Java was used in the system for intercompilation.The user interface could be realized by the browser.Through Web Server,the browser interacted with the database.Thus,the real-time monitoring and management of the sizing process were realized.The application results showed that the system could obviously improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,the time for manual inputting information was reduced by 20%~30%.For quality management,the breaking rate of 100 sized yarns in 10000 meters was decreased by 40%~50%.It is considered that production quality and efficiency are improved by the system.Practical production cost of enterprises are decreased.
