摘  要:探讨双碳目标下绿色纺织工厂电气节能和信息化设计与管理问题。针对纺织行业节能提效、升级改造、推动绿色低碳循环发展的要求,结合现阶段纺织车间供配电系统节能和信息化管理现状,对纺织企业电气设备能效提升、净化电网环境、提高供电质量、采用新型照明技术、车间信息化管理等方面的相关技术和要求进行分析和研究,探讨实现绿色制造和管理信息化的途径,为企业创建绿色工厂和智能化转型升级改造提供依据。The electrical energy saving and informatization design&management problems of green textile factory under the dual carbon goals were discussed.According to the requirements of energy saving and efficiency improving,upgrading&modification,promoting green and low-carbon cycle development in textile industry,combined with the current situation of energy saving and informatization management in power supply and distribution system of textile workshop,the related technologies and requirements of improving the energy efficiency of electrical equipment in textile enterprises,purifying the electric network environment,improving the quality of power supply,adopting new lighting technology and information-based management in workshops were analyzed and studied.The approach to realize green manufacturing and management informationization was discussed.The basis for enterprises to establish green factory and intelligent transformation&upgrading was provided.
